Water is vital for us, but it also has a destructive power, as we have all seen in recent weeks. But it also has so much good. In spring this year, I came up with the idea for the project "Life=H2O - Art is Nutrient for Change". This theme has never been more topical than now. With this holistical art project on the topic of "Water", we want to raise the collective awareness of climate change and reach out one person at a time about the increasingly topical subject of water and help realise a water project. Be curious! More information will follow.
The heart of our event „wasser – water – agua – paanee – shuǐ“ | LIFE = H2O – Art is nutrient for change is a conceptual and collaborative art performance "Life=H2O", which we are scattering worldwide. We achieve this with a large international art exhibition featuring over 20 artists, concerts, classical with Isabel Steinbach & colleagues as well as with the singer songwriter Lukas Linder, who composed the song "H2O" especially for the event, with keynotes, interviews and panel discussions with the support of "Viva con agua" - "Art creates water" and others. And the youth will also be reached and involved here with a school competition.
The program and all other information can now be found on the project page for the art event Life = H2O »
Here is the introduction and greetings from the founders of Unterwegstheater Jai Gonzales and Bernhard Fauser
Dear audience, dear friends of Art Ort, welcome to the Heidelberg classic of "art in public space", our 15th Art Ort by now, this time entirely in the name of the much sung about "mobility", which includes transience. Join us in looking forward to the heroes of labour, the men and women of action, the tinkerers and "spinners" who, sometimes with luck, often without, stick to their ideas and make them a reality, whatever the cost. As in the 1920s, we are again facing great change and far-reaching social and economic consequences with rapidly visible socio-political and climatic changes. The most important of all "drives" of homo ludens still seems to us to be curiosity and the urge for freedom, the joy of creating and the belief in the magnificence of the worlds whose doors help us artists as well as engineers, craftsmen as well as students to push open in the spirit of the Enlightenment. We dedicate this special "ArtOrt 021 - art mobil salon - Edition" to the life and work of the ingenious man Josef Ganz and are delighted that you, dear audience, have joined us! Yours sincerely, Jai Gonzales, Bernhard Fauser and the UnterwegsTheater-Teater

Art nurtures change
with the core event Life = H2O.
What is it: Hybrid event around the theme of water - live, online and offline for anyone and everyone.
WHEN: 17th of September until the 17th of October 2021, from Friday to Sunday each day.
Where: in Mannheim, Raum S4, 17, Naumer Architekten BDB.
Creating connections and the love for people and art are the driving force behind my professional and private actions, and not only for 26 years of self-employment in the art business. Art is a catalyst for transformation in our society and nurtures change.
With my project "Water", I wish to raise the collective awareness for climate change and to reach one person after the other about the topic of water.
And how do I want to achieve this: with a conceptual, participatory and collaborative "performance art work" "Life=H2O" on several levels embedded in an art event with interdisciplinary participation for the importance of art, Togetherness in personal as worklife and the importance to save our nature.
If you/they would like to know more about it, feel free to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
